SK Architecture Group is a full-service architecture firm based in west Texas. We believe each project is unique and driven by the client, the function, and site. We collaborate with our clients to create highly functional spaces that are thoughtfully designed and cost-effective. We have designed numerous office projects, dozens of custom homes, mixed use projects, childcare facilities, restaurants, amenity and fitness centers, and a church. We take the time to listen to your vision and seek to understand your goals with the project. Led by a licensed architect, our experienced team can seamlessly guide a project from concept to completion. With a background in construction we have a unique perspective on the industry. We can work alongside the contractor and develop the project while also keeping in mind your timeframe and budget.

The first step to designing your new home is listening. Once we have the initial meeting to discuss your new home, we can help you figure out your options and assist in navigating the design & construction process. From schematic to final drawings to the finished product we can help make your dreams become reality.

Site selection is usually the first step when starting a new project. A comprehensive feasibility study is a vital part of the process. Our team can do the pain staking research to put together a plan to inform the developer or landowner if the project site will work financially, with local government approval, and on a schedule that best suits your needs. Not only is a feasibility study a great tool for deciding to move forward with the purchase of a property but it can be an excellent marketing tool as well.

SARA BRADSHAW, AIA|NCARB + rid|ncidq - OWNER | pRINCIPAL ARCHITECT
Sara Bradshaw is a longtime native of Lubbock and a 2010 graduate of Texas Tech University where she received her master’s in architecture. In 2016 Sara became a Licensed Architect and in 2021 she added Licensed Interior Designer to her resume. Having been in the architecture and construction industry since she completed her degree, she has extensive experience with large commercial, development and residential projects throughout the west Texas region. Sara is passionate about the industry and wants to create unique and well thought out projects for every client. When she is not working hard on the firm’s projects, she enjoys spending time with her husband, John. They spend a lot of time outside with their horses and livestock.

LORI MARTIN, ASSOCIATE AIA
LEAD designer - COMMERCIAL studio
Lori Martin is a Lubbock native and graduate of Texas Tech University. Since receiving a Bachelor of Science – Architecture degree in 2009, she has worked for architectural firms in Lubbock and Waco as a project manager and development director. She loves to keep up with the latest technology in the field to provide clients with the best practices and design experience available. She has been involved in a variety of project types including retail centers, tenant finish-outs, medical clinics, banking and financial facilities, K-12 and higher educational facilities, and multi-use developments. She is currently the lead commercial designer for SK Architecture Group and specializes in feasibility studies, garden offices, multi-family residential projects, and a variety of other projects for Lubbock and the surrounding areas. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, painting, home improvement projects, golfing, traveling to music festivals, and playing in a billiards league.

Lead designer - residential studio
Juan Moya is a Project Manager at SK Architecture Group and a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, with his master’s degree in architecture. When not working, Juan enjoys biking, watching movies and spending time with his family.

craig dominy - project manager
Craig started working at SK Architecture Group in March of 2020. Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, he is a great asset to the SK team. He oversees all residential plans and building permitting. Keeping everyone in line, and good spirits, is one of his daily duties around the office! Craig enjoys running marathons, triathlons, camping with the family, watching sports of all kinds, and traveling to other countries.

Favorite country visited: Italy, mostly Venice

morgan teague - Project manager

Morgan has been with SK Architecture Group since August 2019. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She plans to further her education and obtain her Master of Architecture to eventually become a licensed architect. When not studying, she is finding the next place to travel to, coffee shop hopping, and playing indoor soccer.
